Too often we still associate the idea of healthy eating to a limit. It's actually simpler than that: with the right choices, every snack can be satisfying, light and balanced. And this also applies in sports! Because when energy starts to diminish, the right snacks make the difference: before, after and during training.

Focus on natural and fresh snacks, which give energy without weighing you down. La fresh fruit It is our best ally: a banana together with some almonds, a source of precious nutrients, will give you the energy you need.

More and more athletes are choosing a flexitarian diet, for dietary needs, ethical or environmental choices. That's why we thought of some snacks. Before sports, go ahead for light, easy-to-digest snacks. An example? A hummus of cannellini beans and whole wheat crackers (even gluten-free), together with a fruit. After training, choose the Capri loaf with multigrain bread, Vegeluna cashew string, tomato and basil: practical and tasty, it's the post-workout to try if you're always in a hurry and looking for a Vegan snack tasty.

Healthy alternatives: our tips
Before and after sports, avoid products rich in additives and artificial ingredients. Prefer fresh natural foods and remember to calibrate your nutrient intake according to your training: if you practice mild physical activity, such as pilates or yoga, choose a light snack and keep your hydration high with a Fresche Idee Infusion, such as the raspberry and lemon infusion.
